When tasting the wine it is vital that remain objective about it's qualities which make it valuable as a product as opposed with wines. Like wine, beer brewing can be a lot of art form along with heavy science/chemistry. Is it cherry, purple, black, deep red, pale red, lemon, golden, silpada? Put them inside ice chest with some freezer packs and they'll stay frozen all time of day.
